Why Elevat8HER?

Our Founders

Sherrika Sanders
Sherrika Sanders understands the pain of feeling overworked, undervalued, and unsupported in a demanding accounting career. With a Bachelor’s in Accounting, an MBA, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, Sherrika brings over 15 years of experience leading accounting teams through complex transitions like Mergers, Acquisitions, IPOs, and financial restructures. Despite her success, she spent years battling unrealistic deadlines, limited resources, and the crushing weight of expectations – while struggling to find balance in her personal life and career.
Sherrika overcame these challenges by learning to assert her value, use her voice, and set boundaries – all while continuing to advance her career. Now, as the founder of Transform the GAAP, she uses her expertise and personal journey to guide women to reclaim their voice, rediscover their confidence, and build a career that aligns with their goals.
